Customer’s requirement
1. To match with the 928TD-L CNC system and to carry out the polygon machining of 1-9999 on the CNC turning machine; 
2. 3-axis for the system controllable axis number; 
3. The spindle is controlled by frequency-convertor. 

Troubleshooting
There are only 3 feed axes of GSK928TD-L CNC system, and the spindle is controlled by frequency-convertor, and the Y axis controls the revolving velocity of the cutter-head; Y axis will changes with the revolving velocity of the spindle based upon the proportion of the polygon’s edges. 

Application Effect
To achieve the polygon machining with 1-999 edges.
