Client Requirements:
System controllable axis number: 4 axes;
To achieve the parabola helical milling (programming of helical angle) function;
To achieve the functions such as the automatic feeding and automatic trimming grinding wheel.
Troubleshootings:
Used the 218MC control and developed the function based upon the version 1.4;
Added both the helical angle and the overall angle of radius calculation rotation axis and the function of parabola interpolation;
Added the MPG suspended function during the automatic operation;
The compilation of the machining macro program, the trimming of grinding wheel macro program and the ladder diagram of automatic feeding.
Application Effects:
The automatic feeding and trimming grinding wheel can be shortened the time of workpiece production and improve the production efficiency;
The dedicated interface is convenient and the machining program will be automatically produced by that customer needs only input the relevant variables;
It can be carried out the several grinding processes of twist drilling and achieved the diversification of machining products.
